Could somone give me some exercises to build up muscle in my arms (all the arm) chest thighs and stomach area?

I'd quote bruce lee but to me he's just another person who got lucky

Pushups will work the Chest, Triceps, and front deltoid(front of the shoulder)

 

Pullups with a wide grip, palms facing away from you, and thumbless grip will work the Back, Lats, Biceps and forearms.

 

Hindu Squats/Shootfighting Squats will build thighs, butt, calves, and lung power.

 

Use Crunches, reverse crunches, and twist crunches to build your midsection.

 

A simple search on any search engine should show you how to perform those exercises.
