brottor Posted April 11, 2003 Posted April 11, 2003 since im from sweden i don´t realy understand what people mean when they talk about conditioning. is it like punshing a rock for an hour? could someone please explain.
WolverineGuy Posted April 11, 2003 Posted April 11, 2003 When I talk about conditioning, I'm talking training your endurance (or stamina). Running, getting on an eliptical machine/treadmill, or sparring abnormal amounts of time to train yourself to last longer. panginoon Posted April 11, 2003 Posted April 11, 2003 When i mean conditioning I mean gradualing desensitising and strengthening through striking a particular area (shine arms legs)
benedictbm Posted April 16, 2003 Posted April 16, 2003 Conditioning to me is when you do excersises (with or without a partner) to help build resistance from certain pains or helping you get ready to make it easier to do things (endurance/stamina as other posts have stated). Exp; work onj abs for less stomach pain; work on shins for when shins collide less pain (shin gaurds help with that one );same thin for your forearms.
