IMO the best way to increase speed physically is to train with weights I.E weight jackets, ankle and wrist weights for punching kicking runing ect... Train like that for awile then u will definetly c an improvement, sometimes after a day or two with them on and i take them off I go to take a sip of a drink or something and splash it in my face because i was so use to extra weight on me hahaha :lol: GOOD LUCK AND HAVE FUN TRAINING!!!
