Hey there i was just wondering if there was a difference between working out (like 10 or 15 minutes of pushups and situps etc...) during the morning when you wake up or before you sleep??

I jog at lest 4 times a week for 30 minuets (the time doesn’t make a difference in my opinion) and I do at lest 2 hours of training a day (a few hours before jogging). I do push ups, crunch’s and training on a punch bag along with different things. I hope that helped I can’t tell you much except than what I do.

Supposidly doing it in the morning before you've eaten anything helps alot for burning fat etc. I don't know about muscles, and I couldn't tell you exactly why this is believed, maybe someone else can :P

i would say both. you get most of your stretch after you are sweating though. i would say, like after class. but if you do it in the moring, then it makes you have more energy.

To each his own...

You are normally weaker in the mouring however its nice to get things out of the way and you are less likely to skip a workout because it is the first thing on your list of things to do.

Frankly your body don't care if its 5am oir 5pm as long as its consistant.

G95, it has to do with carbohydrates, glucose levels and protein levels, and the state that your metabolism is in...
