Pretty soon I will have to start training on my own for about 4 monthes. Does any one know any drills that I can do to keep my techinique good?

THanks for any thoughts.

P.S. I train in Muay Thai

Shadow-box everything that you can. Do the heavy bag work and keep it live. Make sure that you keep your hands up and use footwork in everything you do. Push yourself... if you can't seem to tire yourself out with time, go for number of kicks or punches.

It really is hard to train solo, you have to push yourself and that's hard to do. Maybe you should write out a schedule and keep track of your progress, that may help.

Just kick 'em, they'll understand.- Me
