THanks for any thoughts.

Shadow-box everything that you can. Do the heavy bag work and keep it live. Make sure that you keep your hands up and use footwork in everything you do. Push yourself... if you can't seem to tire yourself out with time, go for number of kicks or punches.

It really is hard to train solo, you have to push yourself and that's hard to do. Maybe you should write out a schedule and keep track of your progress, that may help.

Do you have any ideas on how many days per week and how long each session? Because I already have somewhat of a base in Muay Thai do you think I would get any benefit from videos or books? :???:

Thanks

Just keep training the same way you did at your school (or as close to the same as possible) also do alot of bag work and find some sparring partners.
