Does anyone have information on how to qualify for district or regional level competitions for Karate? I think I'm ready to start to compete seriously to get my foot in the door for bigger things.[/b]

If you can't laugh at yourself, there's no point. No point in what, you might ask? there's just no point.


Many people seem to take Karate to get a Black Belt, rather than getting a Black Belt to learn Karate.

It all depends on what circuit you are planning on competing in. If it is an Open Torn. then you don't need to qualify. They are open to all systems of Martial Arts. Check out Krane.org for more info.
