Guest Posted March 31, 2003 Posted March 31, 2003 I have been told by my free style karate instuctor that he is going to put me in a compotion. I don't know if it's piont or knock out yet but are there any tips anyone can tell me to get ready for it like training.

IAMA_chick Posted April 1, 2003 Posted April 1, 2003 just kick or be kicked. either way, just have fun and take it as a learning expierence. also, kick hard and from both legs. bounce and keep your weight balanced. switch legs and do many combo kicks. also, try to kick at least 3 times before you back off, if not more! good luck Tae Kwon Do15-years oldpurple--belt
