Yeah I need some help. I got his fancy treadmill the other day and it measure body fat percentage. Well the only problem is that the weight can only go up to 199 and I weigh 280. So I decided to just put 199 and it came back 84.1% I don't know if should trust that or not. Basically i need someone good at math to tell me how I find out the real percentage.

Whoa that thing is way off. I mean serioulsy it put me at 21% I know that I am obese, I mean you can tell just by lookin at me.

Get an Electronic, Bouyancy, or, most cheap, skinfold caliper test.

Many people seem to take Karate to get a Black Belt, rather than getting a Black Belt to learn Karate.
