dips

 

sit ups(for abs)

 

diamond push ups(I think they work the triceps and delts)

 

inclined and declined pushups on a wall or bench

 

that's all i can think of

 

get a hold of kickchick she probably has a lot.

Partner Pressups

 

Your partner stands behind you. You sit indian style on the floor. As you push up with your arms, they resist (enough to to make you work for it, but not so much your arms don't move). On the way down, they push down and you resist. It doesn't take many of these to make you feel every muscle in your arm.
