What do you think is more benefical health wise, strength training or endurance training? I used to focus on building strength, but once I tried endurance training I felt like I got more out of it.

I'd do endurance. Beacuse if you can endure the training your getting it's essentially building strength in the background. So either way you'll get strong. I'd do endurance simply because the more training you can do the better you will be.
