You might think that this is a morbid thread but I was curious to know your thoughts on how bruce lee died(if he did).

I can't remember why he died, but he was a great loss.

it was officially declared that he died of cerebal swelling due to an allergic reaction to some type of asprin...the media went into a frenzy and started all types of rumors on the cuase of death from mafia hitman to ninjas to being killed by an ancient evil spirit (the bruce lee curse) when his son brandon was killed in an accident while filming THE CROW it brought on a resurgence of the rumors and the bruce lee curse.... i personally think he overtrained,kept a hectic work schedule not enough rest and this all caught up to him and killed him..

Isn't it funny that Yesterday I was talking to a guy about it and he said the exact same thing.I was originally told that he was put into a temple for many years of training.But I doubt that very much.

 

 

it's been a while now for the temple concept.....he died in 1973 (i think).....didn't finish his last movie "game of death"..........

 

 

Yes, I remember watching Bruce Lee's biography on the "Biography channel"

 

He died after working on Enter the Dragon I believe, he was ill after filiming it or something, and needed an asprin which reacted badly with his body, and he died from his brain swelling.

Yep, allergic reaction to a pain-killer. All of the other rumors are just that.. rumors.

 

I was told by a kung-fu practitioner that Lee was killed by an Iron Palm fighter. LOL. It's sick how people will use the death of a legend to promote their own art.

 

 

he died in july 1973 just before the release of the worlds greatest martial art movie ever made..he did not live to see his dream...it was to be his breakout into the american mainstream ..game of death was actually started before dragon..it was terribly spliced together later with footage from his other pictures and a stand in actor who looked nothing like him..then followed by an awful overdub...coincidently 20 years later his son also died unexpectantly also during his breakout film and having also to have others finish the film..however by this time the special effects we have available made that a smooth process its almost impossible to tell what sences are him and what sences are computer generated..pretty creepy uh?(the curse mabye)

LOL.So he really died because of an asprin reacting with his brain.WOW.Any other thoughts welcome.
