I just eat regularly, usually around

10:50 (breaktime at school - I teach)

works for me, with planned snacks I don't usually feel the need to grab anything extra....

Currently: Kickboxing and variants.

Previously: Karate (Seido, Shotokan, Seidokan), Ju Jitsu, Judo, Aikido, Fencing.
