Smarter Child Posted March 9, 2003 Posted March 9, 2003 Should I eat only when I'm hungry (growling stomach, pain, etc) or should I eat before I get hungry? Thanks.
iolair Posted March 9, 2003 Posted March 9, 2003 I just eat regularly, usually around 07:10 10:50 (breaktime at school - I teach) 12:50 16:00 19:00 works for me, with planned snacks I don't usually feel the need to grab anything extra.... Currently: Kickboxing and variants.Previously: Karate (Seido, Shotokan, Seidokan), Ju Jitsu, Judo, Aikido, Fencing.
