I switch but i use different techniques qith the different stances. My main form is orthodox, but i can do the back leg roundhouse with both legs effectively, but when i'm right foot forward i tend to do a lot of slide up kicks and step spinners...

Basically i'm stronger if i fight orthodox.

If you think something small cannot make a difference - try going to sleep with a mosquito in the room.

I am also a switch fighter. I think that if you can fight either way you will have the edge in sparring or even on the street.

I usually switch my stance alot when i spare, it will sometimes throw off the person I am sparring.

On the street I feel that i could throw any technique from both of the stances.
