iolair
i hoping that anyone could give me any good execrise on all parts of the upper chest, biceps, triceps, lats, and etc....What are your training targets? What do you want achieve/improve at? What MA style are you involved in? Do you have access to a gym or loose weights, or are you just interested in body-weight exercises? http://www.trainforstrength.com might be a good starting point, but you'll need to answer the above questions in order to select (or be advised) exercises that are suitable for you.... Currently: Kickboxing and variants.Previously: Karate (Seido, Shotokan, Seidokan), Ju Jitsu, Judo, Aikido, Fencing.
jmy77
Here's a bodyweight cycle that has worked for me... pushups/crunches/pull-ups/chair dips then rest. start easy say: 3 sets of 15/20/3/5 and progress. There is a Navy SEAL pre-BUD/S program that is what i started with at first and i found the progression to be perfect and i was personally shocked with the results. http://www.snipeweb.com/snipe/prebudsworkout.htm "Don't hit at all if it is honorably possible to avoid hitting; but never hit soft." - Pres. Theodore Roosevelt "You don't have to like it, you just have to do it." - Captain Richard Marcinko, USN, Ret."Do more than what is required of you." - General George S.
