HI again. Right my Sifu said that I am almost at the peak physical fitness I can expect to be at.

 

He said that while my torso, stomach and back are fine, he said that I should do something about my lower ribcage.

 

any exercises for the muscles round there people?

Intercostals: deep breathing/push ups/bench press (variations)

 

Serratus anterior: chin ups/ pullover

 

Lattisimus dorsi: chin ups/pullover

 

Rectus abdominis: crunches/reverse crunches

 

Obliques: twisting crunches/twisting reverse crunches

No ginga, no capoeira

No berimbau, no capoeira

No roda, no capoeira
