battousai16 Posted November 4, 2004 Posted November 4, 2004 i suppose it's not required, but it's really a given that it doesn't hurt. hip looseners and legraisers, i'd suggest, with splits after your work out. kenttiensankari Posted April 4, 2005 Posted April 4, 2005 Some people are more flexible than others "Armstrong".Yeah, Im blessed with flexible legs and arms. Stretching is sometimes very boring since I can do all the moves straight ahead into maximum. Im a real spaghettiboy
Menjo Posted June 30, 2005 Posted June 30, 2005 Thanks for all the sites, im terrible when it comes to flexability. "Time is what we want most, but what we use worst"William Penn
Soni33 Posted October 26, 2005 Posted October 26, 2005 I don't stretch for spinning kicksYou should stretch for all kicks, if your not then your missing out greatly on potential.I'm starting a stretching page on my website, haven't got many excercises on it yet, but will adding them over the next week or so.However, i've got a few on there allready, open my site and go to the kicking page, there's a picture there of a stretch called the frog, you'll see why when you see it, its a great excercise and will really open those hips up!! http://www.sonifenton-scott.pwp.blueyonder.co.uk/
