thaiboxerken Posted August 23, 2001 Posted August 23, 2001 Eat high protien foods, drink plenty of water.. the banana's might help too. One thing, I wouldn't train hard with sore muscles if you want to increase power. Do some light training when your muscles are sore. Only go hard after you've fully healed from the last hard session. Also, you've just started training not too long ago and it won't be too long till your muscles will recover a little quicker so don't worry too much about it. Just kick 'em, they'll understand.- Me Apprentice Instructor under Guro Inosanto in Jun Fan Gung Fu and Filipinno Martial arts.Certified Instructor of Frank Cucci's Linxx system of martial arts.
Iron Arahat Posted August 23, 2001 Posted August 23, 2001 Actually it would be fun to go to some of your guy's schools in the UK. I'm from the UK, born in Carslile and grew up in Glenrothes, Fife...and Redditch. All my relatives live in Scotland, and I'm due for a visit. Then I could keep my promise. Maybe I should try to get on the British San Shou team Martial Arts School http://www.shaolinwushu.cahttp://www.liveyyc.comCalgary Photographer: http://www.jdirom.com

Do promoters make big bucks? "Don't think!! Feel..." -Bruce Leehttps://www.muaythaiboxing.friendpages.comThis site is dumb but I made it so it is good.

Iron Arahat Posted August 27, 2001 Posted August 27, 2001 Cool...somewhere to visit when I go back home to visit my folks. Last time I was there I went to a club in Glenrothes, working out of the shopping centre. I think it was karate and kickboxing. My cousin is in Inverness... I miss home somedays... Anyways for sore muscles, bananna's for potassium, massage, and stretching before and after a workout will help.
