During classes, rather intense or not, my hands and feet always turn a bright red. I assume this is the blood being pushed to my expremeties. Any suggestions upon why this might be occuring, poor circulation, good circulation, weak heart? Any suggestions to satisfy my curousity would be greatly appreicated. By the way, I am the only one in my class that this happnes too.
