BonnyBoy
Be wary of body building routines & methods, as they are generally designed by people using steroids for people taking steroids. www,hardgainer.com seems to be a better site, IMO, I'm still waiting on my book to arrive. There are always two choices, two paths. One choice is easy and its only reward is it's easy.It takes sacrifice to be the best.
BlackBeauty
yeah, i'd suggest picking up a book or going to a website and learning about all the different routines you can do with weights as well as what weights to use for each one. i use a number of dumbell sets as well as different variations of the straight barbell - ie., ezy bar etc. also, pay special attention to the weight you are using. make sure you can do the correct number of reps and sets without injuring yourself! good luck ==================http://come.to/BlackBeauty==================
