Karateka_latino
Well I live In Panama, country near to the Caribean Islands.. So it's pretty hot all the time. You don't really need to warm up too much. Just by walking to the School you are warming up and when you get there, you are already sweat all over . ts757
During most lessons i hardly sweat at all. Only when it's really hot I do. Humidity has an affect on my performance. Submission fighter: dont be getting thrills from reading this thread, I dont think patrick would approve of one handed typing in this forum. Angus
I drip and rip and drip when i workout. In the overexertion thing i'm not trying to sound hardcore (although i am) but i burned out a couple of weeks ago and lost the use of my legs for a couple of hours. For the next coup[le of days i was really shaky and i also found that a sharp pain in my shoulder was due to a pinched nerve. I'm pretty much over everything now but i should take my own advice: 'work smarter, not harder' Angus Courage is resistance to fear, mastery of fear, not absence of fear.
