Karateka_latino Posted August 23, 2001 Posted August 23, 2001 Well I live In Panama, country near to the Caribean Islands.. So it's pretty hot all the time. You don't really need to warm up too much. Just by walking to the School you are warming up and when you get there, you are already sweat all over .
ts757 Posted August 24, 2001 Posted August 24, 2001 During most lessons i hardly sweat at all. Only when it's really hot I do. Humidity has an affect on my performance. Submission fighter: dont be getting thrills from reading this thread, I dont think patrick would approve of one handed typing in this forum.
defenestration_girl Posted August 25, 2001 Posted August 25, 2001 Hah hah! that's so true, talk to any boy about girls, sweat and humidity, all in the same sentence??? ...no offence meant of course...but you can see what i mean. me xxx and your point is....?
Jack Posted August 25, 2001 Posted August 25, 2001 Submission fighter, you didn't get that? Allow me the partially explain Reading about women getting hot and sweaty, typing with ONE hand, What could the other hand possibly be doing? JackCurrently 'off' from formal MA trainingKarateForums.com

Angus Posted August 27, 2001 Posted August 27, 2001 I drip and rip and drip when i workout. In the overexertion thing i'm not trying to sound hardcore (although i am) but i burned out a couple of weeks ago and lost the use of my legs for a couple of hours. For the next coup[le of days i was really shaky and i also found that a sharp pain in my shoulder was due to a pinched nerve. I'm pretty much over everything now but i should take my own advice: 'work smarter, not harder' Angus Courage is resistance to fear, mastery of fear, not absence of fear.
