I know just how you feel.I have been so hurting after training one night that I couldn't even climb up stairs to get to bed so I camped out on the couch in the lounge.Bestsleep yet.

Well I live In Panama, country near to the Caribean Islands.. So it's pretty hot all the time. You don't really need to warm up too much.

Just by walking to the School you are warming up and when you get there, you are already sweat all over .

During most lessons i hardly sweat at all. Only when it's really hot I do. Humidity has an affect on my performance.

Submission fighter: dont be getting thrills from reading this thread, I dont think patrick would approve of one handed typing in this forum.

Submission fighter, you didn't get that? Allow me the partially explain

Reading about women getting hot and sweaty, typing with ONE hand, What could the other hand possibly be doing? :weirdlook:

English isn't my native language so it takes me a little longer to get somethings.

I drip and rip and drip when i workout.

In the overexertion thing i'm not trying to sound hardcore (although i am) but i burned out a couple of weeks ago and lost the use of my legs for a couple of hours. For the next coup[le of days i was really shaky and i also found that a sharp pain in my shoulder was due to a pinched nerve. I'm pretty much over everything now but i should take my own advice:
