Hey everyone,

Just wanted to share a shift that’s been happening in my training recently. I’ve spent the last couple of years focused mainly on strength training at the gym—classic stuff like squats, presses, deadlifts. It’s been great for building muscle and discipline, but lately I’ve found myself craving something more dynamic, fluid, and mentally engaging.

That’s when I stumbled across Wing Chun—and I’ve been hooked ever since. So I joined here!

First off, welcome to Karate Forums! Glad that you're here.

Your not alone in what you found. Because any Martial Art to a degree not only has the physical aspect to it but also an artistic flair to it. Which often takes form of what you described.

I'm a Goju Practitioner, and over the years the way I've seen it has evolved. From Physical to Spiritual to Artistic to now a combination of the Three, which has shown me a lot around my life.
