wildbourgman Posted February 7 Posted February 7 I want to sorrowfully inform all that Isao Kise the president of the All Okinawan Shorin Ryu Matsumura Seito Kenshin Kan Karate and Kobudo Federation has passed away. He is the son of Grand Master Kise Fusei and was his designated successor. Kaicho Kise held the rank of Ju Dan, 10th degree Black Belt. He was born July 27, 1957. 1 WildBourgMan
