Has anyone bought this book from Matt Furey? I bought combat conditioning and liked it, so I think I will get combat abs too. If you bought it, was it worth the money?

If you can't laugh at yourself, there's no point. No point in what, you might ask? there's just no point.

Many people seem to take Karate to get a Black Belt, rather than getting a Black Belt to learn Karate.

I bought the book a few weeks ago. I also have the combat conditioning book as well as the no bs book. I'm not intirly sure if it is great value for money. He shows 2 internal breathing exercises and the other 48 exercises are just external exercises. the other one being punching your self in the stomach. If you like I could explain some of the exercises for you. The most important are the ones he calls the magnificant seven which are seven exercises.

His book also has some diet tips as well. These Magnificent seven exercises are also supposed to make you feel energetic plus build your core muscle strength.

He also includes Farmer Burns Stomach Flattener (a slightly different version of Pavel's "Power Breathing") and the info on his Power Wheel. The book is a little pricey, but I plan on adding it to my library.
