I told her that I tried to play Minecraft and did poorly. She called me a noob and then was very condescending about the fact that "I wasn't doing too bad, but maybe stick to creative mode..."

I am still on the PS4 also, but I have not played in a long time.  I was using it daily during the pandemic lockdown but not much in the last couple of years.

  • It's a lot of fun if you've played those games in the past. I found it fun revisiting some of my favorites.

So far, I've used it to play the Zombies Outbreak mode in Call Of Duty: Black Ops Cold War. Paid for the PS5 upgrade. Love that mode. Also played a bit of the new compilation of old Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles games.

One thing I'll say is I love the in-controller mic. Works great.

The new TMNT beat-'em-up, Shredder's Revenge, is excellent. I've been playing it with my kiddo and it's been a blast.

I second that! Me and my boys were playing it some time ago on their Xbox. A great time!

It's a great homage to the older arcade cabinet games of my childhood. Updating them to make it interesting without trying to break the mold. Exactly what I was hoping it would be.

i've just started on the 2018 god of war. Is available as a free download for PS5 and it's superb so far (i'm late to the party i know!). If you haven't played it then it's well worth a go

I'm loving Ragnarok. I went back and played the 2018 God of War, which I had never played before, and it was an amazing experience.

After I visit Ragnaok I plan on playing Ghost of Tshushima.

I'm also extremely excited for Hogwarts:Legacy.

Ghost of Tsushima is amazing, the expansion is good too. Still to try the online bit but the rest is fantastic.

Not heard of Hogwarts Legacy - what type of game is it?
