Favorite Halloween Decoration?

Featured Replies

Hey all,

For those that celebrate... do you have a favorite decoration for Halloween? I am putting things up around the apartment for the baby. He loves lights, haha. :)

Our neighbor put up a 9 foot tall werewolf. It's pretty awesome...

Shuri-Ryu 1996-1997 - Gokyu

Judo 1996-1997 - Yonkyu

Uechi-Ryu 2018-Present - Sandan, Shihan-Dai

ABS Bladesmith 2021-Present - Apprentice

Matayoshi Kobudo 2024-Present - Yonkyu

i pretty much go Star Wars themed whenever possible so i have a vader with glowing red eyes that looks quite spooky. Xmas gets a Palpatine on top of the xmas tree; instead of an Elf on the shelf i have a Vader on the shelf etc.

That's awesome, DarthPenguin. And I like the werewolf, too, Ken.

What we ended up with was:

- Orange lights next to a window.

- Carving two pumpkins (one of which I used first as leg holes for the baby for photos).

- A pumpkin (not real) with his name on it, lit by LEDs.

- A faux neon sign of a skeleton that waves.

- These paper bags that have Nightmare Before Christmas Characters on them with led lights within.

As I mentioned, he's a big lights person, so he was into all of it. :)
