Well, I dont currently train anywhere or actively train Karate at present, but my experience with styles have been with Shotokan, Kyokushin and Shorin. I still practice basics once in a while during home workouts. Id like to get back to Kyokushin if I had a chance but there no schools near me. The Kyokushin school I trained at before belonged to IKO and has closed down since.

Nice to (electronically) meet you :)

Welcome to KF! It's great to have you!

Martial arts training is 30% classroom training, 70% solo training.
