Tight Hamstrings Then Alternate And Tighten The Quads

Sometimes things work better in reverse and here is one example, by doing this exercise or improvising on it, to loosen up those hamstrings.

Still is needed to stretch them hamstrings out and alternately contract those quads.

Here is the desired machine that makes it all possible.
