Grow my club to 100 members (starting the New Year with 32)Anyone else want to share their goals? Test for shodan**By test for shodan, I mean being truly ready - drop weight, be stronger and more flexible. I’ve got the mental part. Start a university karate club I fully expect this to be a major challenge to do in my first year of trying, but here goes nothing! Maintain 4 day/ week average in training.Get back into a weekly dose of PTK. Maintain 2-3 days of additional conditioning.
