Looking for I guess a combo of a testosterone boost, with strength and endurance/recovery increase to maintain my regimen. Has anyone tried bdg performance labs, the first thing that came up when I search this seems to fit just want some more input from the gurus before I buy lol. Any other options you guys subscribe to? I want something effective as well as safe of course.

Well, if you are willing to take advice from a "Fat Cobra," I would recommend lots of protein (foods: eggs, chicken, fish; powder; bars; and other types). singularity6 Posted December 1, 2018 Posted December 1, 2018 Welcome to the forum!Ultimately, the only two things should be suggested/followed here on this forum when it comes to medical advice:1) Follow a healthy/balanced diet and exercise regularly2) Any other supplements should be taken only under the supervision of a licensed medical professional 5th Geup Jidokwan Tae Kwon Do/Hap Ki Do(Never officially tested in aikido, iaido or kendo)
