I practised Wado Karate back in the days under Harold Rijst and left the martial arts for several years due to a lack of discipline. I re discovered martial arts at a Ng Ying Kungfu school which means 5 animal kungfu. I train currently under master Long Feng aka Patrick van Steen at his ng ying kungfu academy in Apeldoorn the Netherlands.I train 1 time a week at the school.and i also do cycling and swimming on a recreational level. I am looking for good topics and discussions with highest respect for eachother.
