Hi. I'm new here. Obviously hoping to share advice and ideas both ways, otherwise why join a martial arts forum :)

A bit about me. I'm mid 40s, training in tang soo do. I'd consider that my main style as it's what I train currently and have most experience in, but I have also done time with wado, aikido, judo for a very short time, and a spot if kung fu.

I chose my username because most of my kicks are a bit rubbish. I can do them fine against thin air, but against pads they are really quite feeble. Except one. My roundhouse kick is formidable.

Welcome to the community, OneKickWonder. :) Thanks for taking the time to say hello.
