I am looking to get the sidesplits over the front splits and i was wondering if anybody knew of any stretches specific to the sidesplits and nothing/not much else plz?? jeffin Posted January 1, 2003 Share Posted January 1, 2003 ashtanga yoga once a day or even once every other day if you haven't the time helps to keep flexibility all over not just in the legs it also increases your back strength and balances your muscle development. Great for BJJ as well.
