Understanding hip anatomy to improve flexibility.

Let us appreciate all the knowledge and time spent on this subject and not to let it all go to waste, just sitting in a book.

How about bringing this information to life within our reach and putting it to good use in our martial art movements.

By using a little imagination on what is happening while physically improving our flexibilities, especially in the hip area, will help not only improve range of motion in this area but also will help to reduce the risks involved while training, by understanding the anatomy and mechanisms behind the motions.
