singularity6 Posted July 11, 2017 Posted July 11, 2017 I just had my first visit to a chiropractor. I must say... I'm a convert! Initially, I went in due to a severe stiff neck. It started over the winter when my dad came up to visit. We went to check out the ice caves in Eben Junction, MI. A brutal snowstorm just passed through, and the trails had a mix of ice and fluffy, fresh snow. All I did was fall. After a couple weeks of suffering, I went to a doctor. Ibuprofen and muscle relaxors... Eventually things got a bit better, but I kept getting flareups. This time I decided to check with a chiropractor. I get in there, tell him my story, and then he tosses me up on the table. It turns out my pelvis was rotated a bit, I had a dislocated rib and 6 or 7 vertebrae were out of whack. The relief was almost instant. I'd say I'm about 60% or 70% better. That issue with the pelvis might have been causing me my hip issues, too. He mentioned that I might have been experiencing issues with my right hip being strained. He was right. I start sports-therapy on that this coming Monday! 5th Geup Jidokwan Tae Kwon Do/Hap Ki Do(Never officially tested in aikido, iaido or kendo)
LLLEARNER Posted July 12, 2017 Posted July 12, 2017 A good bone crunching feels soooooooo good. "Those who know don't talk. singularity6 Posted July 13, 2017 Author Posted July 13, 2017 I'm going back for my second bone crunching, tomorrow. And a deep-tissue massage! I think it'll be nifty! 5th Geup Jidokwan Tae Kwon Do/Hap Ki Do(Never officially tested in aikido, iaido or kendo)
