Alan Armstrong Posted July 8, 2017 Author Posted July 8, 2017 Something worth investigating is serpent circles while in a diamond pose, this is from Yoga.A diamond pose is similar to a butterfly pose only that with the diamond pose doesn't bring the feet as close to the body; hence the diamond shape.This seated diamond pose combined with circular movements with the hips, while leaning back with straight arms behind for support.This exercises and others similar open up the hip joints, they do look very sexually provocative in nature, which is why at the local gym they are not taught or displayed openly.Having said that, exaggerating many sexually active movements as hip openers, are most certainly going to improve or maintain their smoothness, also ease of motion and their range of motion.Having exceptional hip performance makes for great athletes and will be beneficial at most other activities that involves flexible loose hips.
