DWx
Kicking off 2017 I'm trying to clean up my diet a bit as I suspect a lot of people are. Do any KF'ers have recommendations or favourite recipes for go-to healthy snacks or meals? High-protein low-carb would be good. Patrick
You currently have 5,555 posts, Danielle! Yay symmetry! Lately, I have been on a little bit of a veggies and hummus kick. Baby carrots, sliced cucumbers (in like a chip shape), radishes (same) and grape or cherry tomatoes. The hummus is new, don't have it every time, but it's a good snack. I'm kind of fortunate in that I generally like those veggies (and also raw broccoli and cauliflower), where a lot of people don't really. Look forward to seeing what others recommend!Patrick Patrick O'Keefe - KarateForums.com AdministratorHave a suggestion or a bit of feedback relating to KarateForums.com?
