taposdas Posted November 17, 2015 Posted November 17, 2015 Is it needed to make concentration to learn it
Spartacus Maximus Posted November 17, 2015 Posted November 17, 2015 Concentration is very important in martial arts. Without it nothing else is possible. Just as every other aspect of martial arts it must be trained and practised to have any success. It does not come instantly or quickly but develops with time, little by little. Each person is different and some can concentrate better than others but anyone can improve with training.
sensei8 Posted November 17, 2015 Posted November 17, 2015 Kime=FOCUS!! I'd say it is the cornerstone of everything in the MA. Without it, only hopelessness remains on the horizon. No matter the size of the task, focus will be needed to completion, no matter the subject!! **Proof is on the floor!!!
Nidan Melbourne Posted November 18, 2015 Posted November 18, 2015 Kime for sure is required to learn anything. You can't learn something if your not concentrating on it. Especially for Martial Arts if you slip up on concentration then there is a high potential for hurting yourself or your partner. Concentration is needed to improve on technique. For instance we had an Adult Kyu Grading on Monday Night and I focus on Stance and HIP ROTATION for techniques.
bushido_man96 Posted November 21, 2015 Posted November 21, 2015 Like anything, concentration is something to be practiced. As you spend more time focusing on one thing, your concentration will improve, as well. https://www.haysgym.comhttp://www.sunyis.com/https://www.aikidoofnorthwestkansas.com
