chrisw08
Was wanting people to share their stats and how many pullups they could do unweighted and weighted so i can get an idea what is what.plus put if weight is muscle or chunkyness. And if weight vest i would like to know 3 rep range with weight vest. Hell share video on here if you want im interested.Im 5 8 and 174 lbs 22% body fat and i push as hard i can to do one and a half so its deffinitly more of a powerhouse workout for me instead of being skinny and bustin out 10 at once. Im trying to lose As much weight as i can but im going to keep my rep range from 1 to 5 with my weight vest vest untill i go up and up. Btw what would be a good weight for me at 5 8 and doing pushups pullups and shedding to about 12% fat
Wastelander
Right now, I'm 6'1" tall and around 195lbs, with about 17% body fat. I can do 10 pull-ups without stopping, unweighted, and 5 or 6 with a 30lb vest. Of course, this varies day to day, but that's my average.Honestly, I urge you to not worry about the number on the scale, or even the body fat percentage. Your weight is not really an accurate reflection of how you look (or should feel about yourself), and unless you go to a professional facility with a water tank, any scale or sensor with a body fat option is going to have a fairly wide margin for error. If you are wanting to look more fit and muscular, go by how you look, not by numbers. jaypo
6'0, 197, about 18% body fat. I've done 33 in a row (I saw a video of someone doing 32, so I decided to beat him that afternoone!). I did P90X when it came out, and I got to a point that I was determined to match Tony Horton. I got strong, and my pullups are probably my strongest exercise. With a 45lb plate, I can do a couple of sets of 10. Seek Perfection of CharacterBe FaithfulEndeavorRespect othersRefrain from violent behavior. bushido_man96
I'm 5'7", about 270 lbs, and have never been able to do a pull-up. I haven't always been this heavy, either. Its always been a tough exercise for me, but in a few weeks, I will probably work it into my strength program. https://www.haysgym.comhttp://www.sunyis.com/https://www.aikidoofnorthwestkansas.com
