Passed to 5th Kyu

Recommended Posts

I think that I forgot to update you about 6th kyu before Christmas but I'm still at it training hard. Broke my thumb on new years but kept training with a cast and took very little time of. I have been feeling very motivated the latest months. Today I graded to 5th kyu and switched to a blue belt. I felt a bit stiff but powerful during the kihon. The ippon kumite went well and the kata I felt was my best kata-performance to date. I did Heian Yondan. I got 5th kyu plus. The plus is approved and then some. It comes with no benefits but is sort of a pat on the shoulder and a "well done" wich is nice.
