AlwaysInTraining
Hi Guys. I can kick quite well/high with control and am quite flexable but im looking to be able to strengthen my back and legs to be able to hold my legs up high for more than a couple of seconds and was wondering if anyone had any advice or exercises that i could do to do that. Depending on your level, start off holding a wall or chair then progress up to no support. bjones0727
Those are some sweet drills - I'm definitely gonna take those to class next week seeing as I've had multiple requests for kicking help recently. (I seem to be the go to at my karate class since I have the most TKD background)
