AlwaysInTraining Posted March 18, 2015 Posted March 18, 2015 Hi Guys. I can kick quite well/high with control and am quite flexable but im looking to be able to strengthen my back and legs to be able to hold my legs up high for more than a couple of seconds and was wondering if anyone had any advice or exercises that i could do to do that. DWx Posted March 19, 2015 Posted March 19, 2015 Here's a set of drills I've seen on YouTube. bjones0727 Posted April 2, 2015 Posted April 2, 2015 Those are some sweet drills - I'm definitely gonna take those to class next week seeing as I've had multiple requests for kicking help recently. (I seem to be the go to at my karate class since I have the most TKD background)
