Well I might train for like 15-45 minutes at about 8:15 any day (except Saturday and Sunday) On the weekend I might or might not train and if I do it's almost anytime. I don't really have a scheudule.

I'm almost always working on some technique or problem in my mind and will often find myself just sitting and practicing something when I'm watching a movie or talking to someone.

 

Short answer: Constantly.
