About what time do you usually train(not when you go to your dojo but when you train by yourself). i usually do it at 7:00 p.m. usually after homework.

Well it all depends on the day, monday/wedn/thur/fri i train(lift actually) at 4pm, and speed training on tue/thur/sunday around 8-10pm. Any other type of training is more random so *shrug* ;)

Besides in the dojang? I would have to say it's when I get the "urge". I don't have a set time. I have a B.O.B. in my living room, and my honey and I just decide to have at him when ever. Or (like today), I needed work on forms, so I moved the coffee table and went at them for about 20 minutes (I'm testing in a month and need lotta work LOL).

No time at night. Too busy shuttleing kids to and from sports, piano, dance, etc. I got into a pretty regular schedule of getting up at 5:45am, working out for a little over an hour, and then getting ready for work. Took a while to get used to it, but I arrive at work a lot more energized.
