rabid hamster Posted October 26, 2002 Posted October 26, 2002 About what time do you usually train(not when you go to your dojo but when you train by yourself). i usually do it at 7:00 p.m. usually after homework. It is only with the heart that one can see clearly, for the most essential things are invisible to the eye.
BladeLee Posted October 26, 2002 Posted October 26, 2002 Well it all depends on the day, monday/wedn/thur/fri i train(lift actually) at 4pm, and speed training on tue/thur/sunday around 8-10pm. Any other type of training is more random so *shrug* ~BladeLee~
KarateMom Posted October 26, 2002 Posted October 26, 2002 I train at the dojo on Monday and Thursdays. ~*KarateMom*~

karatekid1975 Posted October 27, 2002 Posted October 27, 2002 Besides in the dojang? I would have to say it's when I get the "urge". I don't have a set time. I have a B.O.B. in my living room, and my honey and I just decide to have at him when ever. Or (like today), I needed work on forms, so I moved the coffee table and went at them for about 20 minutes (I'm testing in a month and need lotta work LOL). Laurie F

SBN Doug Posted October 27, 2002 Posted October 27, 2002 No time at night. Too busy shuttleing kids to and from sports, piano, dance, etc. I got into a pretty regular schedule of getting up at 5:45am, working out for a little over an hour, and then getting ready for work. Took a while to get used to it, but I arrive at work a lot more energized. Kuk Sool Won - 4th danEvil triumphs when good men do nothing.
