It's no surprise with anybody here what my dojo's slogan is...Proof Is On The Floor!! It can be found in two places...over the dojo's main training floor entrance AND dominately across the north wall where I teach from!!How about you?? **Proof is on the floor!!! Granted, we share our space with a wrestling team, but I'm not quite sure how the quote relates to either activity...Probably the most uttered phrase by my instructor, however, is "What you don't practice, you can't do". I can run for 30 minutes, and then lift weights without hardly breaking a sweat. 20 minutes of MA training, and I'm normally soaked. I could get onto our TKD floor at any time, because I have a key to the room.
