Hey all

This looked like a good place to ask questions for answers that comes only from experience..may have a thing or two to share if anyone needs it.

33 human years of age did a few sports growing up hockey, soccer, golf, baseball regardless my main goal in all of these was always maximum explosive power,in hockey a hard slap shot, baseball pitching the ball at maximum speed but all with accuracies as much as possible..

4-5 years ago a good friend convinced me to go try karate, Although only going for 10 times it was a great primer for unleashing unspent energy deep within. The outdoors like Forrest and beach are the main training grounds, Its big and so much possibility being free from walls, rules and organizations.Keeping fit, flexible mentally, physically and spiritually working hard to balance these at all times. Of course the main goal is still maximum power like punching hard and fast while being accurate, Smashing hammer fist, Hard fast kicks for example. Breaking wood,Trees,Branches is regular mostly dead fall but also train with live trees because they bend good for slaps,Elbows,Kicks etc think live mikawara. Started to break soft rocks like sandstone and clay with hammer fist what an awesome feeling! But every coin has two sides, Thats why asking questions here might save trouble in the long run! Thanks
