kanie1972 Posted September 28, 2014 Posted September 28, 2014 Hi everyone just joined recently. Had a grading for my purple belt a week ago in Shotokan Karate. Frank Brennan did the grading and I was very nervous. Anyway passed and was very pleased to have passed. First grading in 7 year had to quit a few year ago due to work but really getting back into it. Told me I need to relax more and to move faster but hopefully that will come in time.
