June 17, 201412 yr I love the complexity of it, albeit, it's simplicity isn't overlooked. This is one aspect that must be trained with a WC Dummy, and then transition to a live partner to test and fine tune said techniques.Nice video, thank you for it!! **Proof is on the floor!!!
