I've read that it's fine when your symptoms are the neck and above, but when they're below the neck (bad chest cough, stomach flu, etc.) then you should take some time to rest.

In total agreement with Canadain77 : Training while sick is all relative. Head cold, yes. Flu, no. Upset stomach, no. Anything more serious than these basic things are a no, as well.

If you believe in an ideal. You don't own it ; it owns you.
